A pleasant fellow behind the desk. My carry-on luggage strap was repaired perfectly, ready the following day. As an added bonus, a broken zipper handle was also repaired, They managed to match it with the other zippers on my 15 yr old Hilfiger unit! Great service.. I would highly recommend Forero's.

Air Canada did a number on my Eagle Creek luggage. Had a great repair job. Friendly staff - letting you know - they received your luggage and when they were shipping it back complete with tracking number. Very courteous. Word most certainly use them again

EDIT: Nicolas responded to my problem immediately, and after a few back and forths, they were able to replace my bag's handle with an original replacement part. Besides, they have a store at Kerrisdale which is close to where I live, so I didn't have to go back to Richmond again. :)I had to bring my bag to Weston Luggage a few times before, and it is evident that their services are in much better shape under new management. I am revising my earlier rating. Thanks, Nicolas!--I was there today (Friday Jan. 20) to drop off my broken luggage by 3:50 pm, only to find that they closed already. I barely made it Richmond after leaving my work a bit early and was happy that I arrived before closing time. It was so disappointing to find that there was nobody around. I wish they had put a sign online or at least on the door that they are closing early today. Sigh.

I purchased a brand new Solgaard carry-on case for a trip I was planning to go in two days! Unfortunately, the reset knob was jammed and/or the function did not work! My luggage was locked and of course, like any lock I picked at it and thankfully I was able to unlock it. I started to investigate why it was jammed and/or I may have reset it wrong. After several YouTube searches, it appears I have reset it right, but maybe the lock was faulty? Anyway...curiosity took over my mind. Afterall, I am that type of person who tries to fix things, so I thought a simple lock shouldn't be an issue. After several hours of trying to reassemble it, I dug myself a deep hole!Thank you Nicholas for reassembling my mess, much appreciated! Although this didn't solve my faulty lock on my brand new luggage (uggh!), but to get my luggage back to its original" form in a few hours was very impressive! Fortunately

I recently sent my Eagle Creek luggage to Weston Luggage Repair. The service was better than excellent! My luggage was returned to me within a week and the repair is perfect. Highly recommend Weston Luggage Repair.

I brought my Samsonite suitcase here to get repaired but after speaking with Nicolas, who is extremely knowledgeable on luggage and repairs, I realized the warranty wouldn't apply and a different type of suitcase would better suit my needs. Not only do they offer repairs but they also have a selection onsite for purchase and a greater selection online. My purchase was delivered to my home in one week and I love my new Samsonite! I learned a lot of great info about suitcases from Nicolas. This was a perfect example of excellent product knowledge and first class customer service! Thank you Weston Luggage Repair!

Feb. 6, 2023.I have a Tumi lock problem. So call up Tumi Shop in Downtown Vancouver and they tell me to call Weston Luggage Repair Service. Got their return call while I was driving to their place the next morning. Got done immediately. Great Service! Fare price. Really nice people works there! Highly recommend to anyone!

I would highly recommend Weston Luggage for repairs. From Victoria, my usual luggage repair person could not help with a broken extension handle. I contacted Weston and was told they could repair it within 4 - 6 days, at a very reasonable cost. I was delighted, as this bag is a carry-on I have used for years, and can no longer purchase. The repair was done very quickly and the bag returned to me. Nicolas kept in touch, advising me they had received the bag, could do the repair, had completed the work and mailed it back with the tracking code. I have already given their name to a friend who has a similar problem.
